Female staff is courteous - room cleanliness is terrible -- we were sharing the room with a cockroach family -- room condition is shabby -- it is just an average place

Location of the property is very good, it's on the Golden Beach, Puri. Service here is very much customer friendly and available on call basis. Food taste is excellent but pricing is definitely on higher side.

First of all we didn't checked-in in this hotel because of multiple issues. We booked for 2 days 2 rooms and all the booking amount was not refunded. Think twice before book this hotel from MMT. There were hygiene issue, fungus in the wall and bathroom. bed head rest was like bandage. We were booked sea facing but in reality it was like detritus. I complaint to MMT but MMT is also not helped and finally we changed the hotel.

the property location is very good. rooms are also good but drainage system of bathroom is not up to the mark. the water in the bathroom not draining it stay on the floor. as per the tariff the hotel's maintenance is not so good. and foods are also very expensive.

Here is the synopses: location- Excellent. Food quality: Very nice. Housekeeping- very poor, slow response and not maintained hygiene, they are very reluctant to clean room, washroom and changing the bed cover etc. Room Service: Good. Hospitality: awesome, I am really impressed on the way they have treated my mom who needs wheelchair assistance.
