Good hospitality,well behaved staff, tasty food, happy service,spacesies room , support staff near by beach and jagannath temple

We were stayed 3 days Cleaning and behavior of the stuff are good No doubt it is budget friendly good hotel.

Excellent hospitality with neat and clean rooms. Would love to visit again. Just a walking distance from the sea. In house restaurant serve good food. But, the pricing is a bit on the higher side.

Not at par the Price I paid. No AC Remote provided. Bathroom walls were poor. Odd Checkout timing at 7am.

This might be the 6th time I opted to stay on this hotel because of its prime location just beside market making everything available throughout the day but sad to say this will be the last time. The entire hotel is empty but still they will allot you ground floor rooms everytime where there is no window to open and no place to dry your wet cloths. They have closed their resturant and only kept the take away for limited items. The rooms are damp ,always wet and slippery all throughout the day. Making it worse, there is no internet in ground floor. After multiple request, they will not perform regular bedsheet change neither will they do room service.There is no hot water facility. So if you have baby who need warm water for milk, they sadly there is no option. TV does not work as there is no internet. Fan does not have regulator. AC does not operate through remote. Mosquito in room and insects in bed, my wife got entire hands sepsis due to it. Plus they have pathetic travel services.

I recently stayed at HOTEL PETAL during my 訂房網站 to Puri, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is exactly as shown in the photos, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. One of the best parts is that the beach is just a 7-10 minute walk away, making it a convenient choice for travelers. However, the hotel is located about 700 meters inside from the main road, and the narrow street often faces traffic congestion due to auto-rickshaws. This can be a bit inconvenient at times. A couple of small improvements would make the stay even better: 1. A wall clock in the rooms would be useful. 2. Providing hangers for clothes would add to the convenience of guests. A special thanks to Mr. Duryodhan Sahoo for his hospitality and assistance during our stay. Would recommend this hotel for those looking for a comfortable stay.

Location wise it's located in a very congested area. The restaurant is there with a filthy look and shabby . Only room service is available for food. No service provided. Make my 訂房網站 It showed an electric kettle and free water as a complimentary but nothing provided .

Dear IR, Rooms are really good with suitable location and services were also good but the AC performance was not good , After certain time AC was not cooling we had to restart the AC. House keeping could be better. After Cleaning Floor remained wet. For bathroom keeping one set sandle would be better. Moreover Staying & Hospitality was Good. Regards Nripen

Actually i was willing to give 1 but the hotelier insisted to give 5 as he said he will trouble me during checkout. I have checked out before time today itself ( as i was supposed to check out tomorrow at 7 am) keeping in mind that they may harass me and my family during checkout.
