accomodation is very poor, Bathroom and Toilet condition is very bad ,if you go under online booking. Online booking are not giving proper room accomodation whatever shows in Photo.

The hygiene of room was pathetic,Not worth comparative to the price charged.Though the service boys are very courteous but the condition of rooms are not at all worthy to stay.Food was good.

we booked this hotel on 27th of Feb 2025. the room is in terrible condition, AC is not working in the rooms. we have changed 3 rooms during Our 訂房網站. AC is not working, the sink is broken, and the mattress is not comfortable and there room service is very terrible. the most bizarre thing they did that without even giving us an wakeup call they straight up asked us to clear the room at 8AM and when said please give us atleast 30 mins the host rudely said he will give only 15 mins without mentioning about any late charges. We cleared the room at 8:40 then the host demanded we give him 2000 rupees for delay of checkout. They threatened to call police and even told staff to seize our luggage. This hotel is a money grabbing scam please don't go here.

The room was not clean, ac was not working properly and most of all the bathroom was disastrous. The soap holder was broken, water was leaking from the geyser, the taps were rusted & the faucet was thrown down as its holder was also broken. In other words it was a terrible terrible experience.

I have stayed in park lagoon since 25 jan'24 to 27 jan'24 it was nice experience for hotel and hotel staff are very humble and helpful hotel location is awesome near to niladri beach we can enjoy at beach at every time i will ref-fer every one for staying in park lagoon
