Rules are very different from app & hotel , & very worst experience in my life in this hotel The staff is very irritating, expecially manager is worst fellow I never seen like that guy

इस होटल से परहेज करना रे बाबा। मच्छरों का अड्डा है। बोलने से कुछ नहीं होगा। उलटे स्टॉफ तो स्टॉफ होटल मालिक भी आपका नहीं सुनेगा। तौलिया एकदम रद्दी, कंबल फटा हुआ। wifi रूम के अंदर बिल्कुल नहीं मिलेगा। बाहर भी wifi का स्पीड अच्छा नहीं। मिलाजूलाकर ये होटल आपका ट्रिप बर्बाद कराने के लिये प्रतिबद्ध है।

पहले से BOOKED ROOMS हमें उपलब्ध नहीं कराए गए थे,इसका कारण यह बताया गया कि उनके पास ROOM BOOKING की कोई जानकारी/सूचना नहीं दी गई थी और इस कारण कमरे भी खाली नही रखे गए हैं। ओर से मेरे E MAILपर प्रेषित की गई ROOM BOOKING CONFIRMATION की सूचना/जानकारी दिखाए जाने पर उसे मानने से इंकार करते हुए मुझे घोर परेशानी मे डाल दिया गया तथा मुझे COMMON HALL मे ठहरने के लिए विवश कर दिया गया इससे हमारी निजता का हनन हुआ साथ ही उस हर्षोल्लास-आनंद एवं सुख से वंचित कर दिया गया जो मुझे मेरे द्वारा पूर्व से BOOKED SEA FACINGS ROOMS मे अपने परिवार के साथ प्राप्त हुआ होता।

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Property location is too good .as I enjoy the sea view , also impressed with Mini garden, the room was excellent...loved the stay...

Hotel stay was good, liked the hotel and location was really great with seaside view, also liked food. The only probe was with the management on food preparation that is it was not served timely.

The room was very old. T.V. was not working, there were cockroaches in the room, the lock of the bathroom was broken, the room was very untidy and not maintained properly, it was totally different as shown in the picture. The food was also not good.

Considering location it is very near from railway station.considering the food that is Leo Castle dyne it is not very satisfactory because they always try to mention that we cannot take or consume food from outside .sometime we need to go outside and there we can consume some food that is not available at hotel and it is our normal wish that we can take that food from outside and consume that at the hotel that case they always told us not to take food from the outside.i think this is not expected from a hotel that has booked from makemy 訂房網站.all the facility that has mentioned has provided
