This is the 3rd time we booked Jamindar’s Palace because the previous 2 stays were good however this time we felt the service and quality has gone down. When we checked in there was no welcome drink!! They dint provide any towel in the room, when we asked for it they gave after 2 hours that too only single towel!! We asked for a plate for our kid to have food, the plate they provided was broken. The check out timing is now changed to 8 AM, a family with kid how on earth they expect to wakeup and get ready by 8 AM god knows!! Even the private access to beach is now closed which was supposed to be the USP for this hotel. So overall the quality was not upto the mark for the price we paid. Overall experince was not so good and I am not going to book it for my future Puri 訂房網站s. There are much better options than this for the same or even lesser price.

Location is cool but the property looks like 15th century full of mosquitoes, lift is full of foul smell, staff is arrogant not helped us we need milk for our small baby they deny we don’t know anything as anyhow we manage cow milk we asked them for boiling they deny, we used to boil the milk in kettle given in room they also deny for the same. Waste of money one of the most expensive hotel in puri but property and staff we want to give zero star

Corteous staff, cleanliness is good. The food is very tasty and good variety available. Peaceful location. ✌️

Room cleanliness is very poor. The linen felt and smelt old used. There was some persistent powdery deposits falling from the ceiling on the bed. Food timings not conducive for Bussiness travelling persons. Overall for the cost being charged for the room it was very shabby hotel.

Pros: good location near beach, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent showerhead, friendly staff, great view from balcony, AC works well Cons: check out time 8am, pictures look a lot nicer than it actually is, food is just so-so, and they don’t take foreign card (I paid cash for my room and they didn’t have enough change to return what I was owed). Common areas sometimes smelled weird, like pee, but not all the time I wouldn’t consider the stay luxurious but it was good. Seems to be good for families

The rooms are shabby and worn out and the room ac doesn't work at night.No maintainance of the hotel.Terrible experience. Previously it used to be very good but now it is horrible.Would never recommend.They are charging more than 8k per night and the service is extremely bad.

It was a great experience of getting an opportunity to stay at Jamindars palace. The location is good and also the maintenance of the room. The behaviour of the staff is descent, especially of the dinning staff , who are very hospitable. The complementary breakfast was a good one.Thanks.
