The location of the hotel is in a clumsy road, NOT in the Golden beach as claimed. In fact it's too far from the golden beach, Puri. Rooms are too small, not properly clean. Terrible room service and average food. We ordered chilly paneer and it was so so spicy that my daughter couldn't even eat it. The breakfast was just average, few options therein. Location of the swimming pool is so much visible to outside that many inmates will hesitate to use it. Overall a bad experience in the hotel as per it's price

pretty average hotel not beach-front at all approach road isn't good service was good food is average breakfast is completely veg funny part : you need to call the reception to get the geyser switched on

Very nice property. Connected to the beach. Very clean and big rooms. Provided more than enough space for 3 adults and 1 child. Room service was fast. Swimming pool was good. In house restaurant was great. Ample varieties in breakfast buffet. Provided baby food on demand also. Very courteous staff. All in all a very good stay.

Location is good, 2 min walking from the sea beach, 4km from jagannath temple. Food is average. We have asked for early check-in (it was mentioned in our booking details also. But still we have to wait 3hours for our room. We have connected to the property over the phone call night before our arrival. Over call they said okay. When we reach we have to. We get our room around 11pm.

Room was not good. Toilets are not hygiene. Location also very inside. Only the staff are nice and food was good.

1. doesn't have any lift. You have to climb 2 floor and then go 70 meters U shaped passage to reach a defective room. Single wardrobe is totally blocking by 3 seater sofa. 2. taken extra money for completely breakfast. There was not specific time duration mentioned . But they refused day 1 breakfast as reach after 10 AM. 3. Reception guys are very ill behaved and rude with me. 4. Breakfast is veg and with very limited ootion. Food quality is very bad. 5. I had raised concerns with hotel staff and they agreed that there was few mistakes in there content. As a frequent would like to request management to verify these hotels

It is a nice hotel, but if you desire to a sea view room take the premium rooms. Staff and management is well behaved and responsive kitchen is pretty good. There is a small open restaurant from where you can take a view of the sea. There is no lift in this property. It is close to beach
