Booked 4 roomsCheck i time was 11 amWe reached at hotel at 11.30 amThey said already all room occupied by other guest and they told us to wait for few hours.Called so many times to customer support but they also unable to helpAfter so many caos they provide us room at 2 pm

No Bedsheets Shame, mediocre hotel. Don't suggest. Refund my money. They took extra cash. Hotel food quality also poor. Behavior is worst.

I am not very happy with stay in Bhakti Sagar hotel. Managers are not having friendly behaviour and they don't adjust based on situation. For extra small service they are charging extra cost. This is one of worst hotel I have stayed till now. Location and food quality was good. This is really bad experience in staying this Bhakti Sagar Hotel. Manager is not co-operative and not ready to adjust in a room more than 2 people and I had to pay extra. I have never faced this type of issue since last 7-8 years. Location and food wise this hotel is good.

A very good hotel. Couple of time I stayed here. Room, bathroom both were clean. As usual their food was also delicious. located just opposite of Neheru Market. Overall the hotel and hospitality was very good.

Cons 1. Poor Management 2. Door Lock was broken 3. A/C remote was not available 4. TV not working 5. No wifi access inside room 6. The mobile tower is very poor in the room. 7. Tap water leaking. 8. Fan without regulator. 9. Lights not working properly. 10. Switches are horrible. 11. Tasteless food at resturant Pros: Only the location.

we stayed there for 3 nights in room no 105 and 106, both in ground floor. Room was spacy, balcony was big and sunny, washroom was big but not up to the mark
