Unresponsive housekeeping. Horrible lunch preparation. Rules for harrassment specially in pool. Complementary breakfast was good.

Though the property well maintained from outside but c lining staff service was poor. Bad and late room service like asking payment after every food delivery, either it's may be for a cup of tea or its may be a bottle of water. Ty need instant payment not at the time of crack out

This was my second time stay at this hotel. Their service and ambience is good but few things they must improve. No-1) indoor activity area (gym,pool) should remain open till midnight or late night as guess doesn’t have much options to do at that time so we can spend out family time overnight. Same with activity area swimming should remain open till too. One last but most important thing when we stayed last time we got a note from the floor around 1am stating that “my name is XYZ i have been staying for past few days n i have witnessed some paranormal activities so please dont come to this hotel” we immediately submitted it to the reception and now this kinds of things hit the most and we have also fekt something nit normal.. so do something on it..

Location is good property is well maintained but not the rooms walls have water leakage present water quality in shower is not good not suitable for bathing food is good swimming pool area is good..rooms need to be more clean and hygienic

The location, food, amenities all are excellent. The only drawback is, servicing is very slow at the restaurant

The property location was nearby the Udaipur beach and the new digha beach, also the food quality was great in the hotel, the services and the amenities were also excellent.

Our stay at antique regency was delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. However, there are two small areas that could be improved. Firstly, we were three occupants in the room, but only two pairs of slippers were provided. Upon requesting an additional pair, we were informed that the policy allows only two slippers per room, which seemed unusual to us. Secondly, we feel that the swimming pool's closing time could be extended slightly to allow guests more flexibility. Apart from these minor points, everything else was exceptional, and we truly appreciated the quality of service and ambiance.
