Rooms were good. Bathroom can be better. Sheets / covers could be better. No toiletries were provided. Had to purchase my own. Lqrger group bookings were given preference. Perfect was the food and cocktails. They made my stay enjoyable

This has been the worst property I’ve booked through MakeMyTrip. The room was in a shocking state—broken furniture, a damaged wash basin, and a bathroom window that wouldn’t close properly. I've attached photos for reference.
The linen was visibly dirty, and I couldn't sleep the entire night due to constant itching, likely from unclean bedding. It was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating.
Considering the price I paid, I expected at least a basic level of cleanliness and maintenance. MakeMyTrip should seriously reconsider listing such properties, as this one does not meet even minimum quality standards.

I will never stay with Deccan pavilion again, reasons: 1) Front Desk is not professional, I was handed over key to a different room (201) when my room was (208). 2) Breakfast was not good, uttapa was not fresh and there was no one to help. 3) On my second night, I ordered 2 bottles of drinking water TWICE, but water did not arrive into my room.

The hotel is very badly maintained. The signs of negligence are evident everywhere starting from the reception. The pillows were yellow and had to ask the staff to change them. Ditto for the towels. There is muck on the glasses and cups in the room. The side tables have prints of oil. If you are someone who cares for hygiene and cleanliness, this isn't your place
