We had a really good experience. Our room was upgraded to suite and the hospitality was upto the mark. The property is beautiful and extremely children friendly with so many activities for them

Resort is nice, rooms are good, food is ok ok, location is also good. But the staff isbnot cooperative at all. No one here is ready to help or guide u, they will just pass u to some otyer guy. Reception team is worst, they will make u stand fir 20 to 30 mins for check in and check out. In our case inspite of having empty rooms on first floor they didnt gave us room on first floor, i requested them many times. They didnt provide umbrella while it was raining outside and all there staff was having umbrella with them

The road to mahindra tungi from hilt-on shillim is worse from terrible & we had to return from a few km away from property. Our rs 8400 is total loss as we did not check in & booking was non refundable

Location is good. Ok for one day stay. Only problem is driving through ghats to reach there and narrow road

Property' was good but very hot and warm weather front desk experience was worst they was recycled water for for gardening but it smell very bad, too dirty odor not good for duration as weather is hot till 10 pm

Stay. Was very bad we asked the management their to change the rooms because rooms were dirty and full of foul smell but they did not do anything even when we tired to open the fridge in room there was already food of some other guest kept their.
