Bathroom was worst. All tap broken and leakage. We ourselves had to take our luggage to our room. No staff was allocated for the same. We booked the luxury room for three. But were not given luxury room as it was not ready. And even extra blanket was not provided for the third person. In bathroom only one towel was given. Basic hospitality were missing. Will never book this hotel again

We caused a stain on the bed sheet and the hotel charged me the rate of full bed sheet with gst. Which was 1600, also the receptionist was laughing on our face while we were paying. Very very unprofessional.

Had an awesome stay at Hotel Supreme Heritage! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was really clean and comfy. Loved the the view, food and the location. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would totally stay here again and recommend it to friends!
