We did got occupancy due to some unwanted reason and we did not got any message with prior please do solve this

I leave my luggage in the morning 8 am and for my work ....in the night I come and check in at 9.30 pm ....rooms ac is not working too much hot ...can able to sit over there ...I tell them to change the room ..they said we not have other room . worst experience...i pay money for what ...they dont have good service staff .... almost 2.30 hour they work on .it but cannot solve the problem ....
