The stay was average, u had to call them every morning asking for basic toiletries like dental kit, shampoo or soap. The curtains did not block light from outside, so it was difficult to sleep. I was given black upgrade for my meals which the hotel did not allow.

Hotel staff is kind respectful and polite. My room was ready before 10. That was a relief. Food- average to a little less. Tea cups smell of milk. Cleanliness - had to ask for toilet to be washed thoroughly, it was not washed before handing over to me, bedsheets needed changing. That's the housekeepings job but they were shoddy. No toothbrush/ paste provided, no hot water one day. Rooms: large and spacious. Tv only has hindi and marathi channels. Room service: good.

I have booked executive room where as twin bed room is given. not supportive management. cleanliness was ok. breakfast timing is too short.

The rooms were filled with cockroaches below beds , Airconditioning issue didn’t address it was a complete waste of money

Shower not working properly and outside in rainy season they need to stick anti skid tape it slippery

It was nice experience at JM four hotel, but the food from the restaurant was average and not much good. Overall the experience in hotel was great.
