People or staff are very friendly. Rooms are ok not clean. Linen is dirty. Breakfast is good. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Staff are very helpful

Really good value for the price, with excellent food on site. We had an unexpected physical need for an elder person, which the hotel handled quick and seamlessly. I've stayed here before, and will surely stay again.

I was nervous to be taken to the rooftop thinking the room will be some little shabby place but it is the most spectacular large comfortable clean and modern room. I was nervous when i was told breakfast will be indian paratha because sometimes this is not very enjoyable but it was the best i’ve ever had. Also they gave fruit and very good quality chai. I had problem with late departure train and i asked if i could have a little extra time and they were very happy to give me an extra hour check out. Hotel is simple but clean honest and wonderful service mentality. Excellent location and very delightful. I would come back here exclusively if i return to pune.

Very clean, organised rooms. Food is also very tasty. The hotel ambience is beautiful and calm. I like the location of the hotel suryavilla. You feel like an international stay because the hotel's cafe is always filled with foreigners.
