It was one of the worst experiences as the rooms had cockroaches, even the furniture was not properly cleaned. The Floor Lobby also smells with Alcohol smell most of the time. I had to change my room twice due to the issue of cockroaches and even after so many complaints to the reception they provided temporary solutions by using Hit spray for Cockroaches but the problem persisted again after a few hours. It should be conveyed to the Hotel to do permanent solutions by doing Pest control before selling rooms to customers.

despite booking in advance they denied any booking at first. reached late night at 1.30 and after that it took an hour for the check in. they had jst one person in the name of staff the room was kinda too far in another wing . took nearly 20 mins to reach the room.

Worst hotel ever.i would not even recommend this to my enemies.cockroaches were everywhere inside the room .room was dirty ..dust everywhere ...bathroom was very dirty .light cut off was ongoing frequently.there were no any towels provided .plus housekeeping were inside our room without our permission while we returned room from outside.. we have left our valuable’s at room only we had to stay there because we had no option at that moment otherwise i will never ever stay there again in life even if i was offered for free .we had to call for every basic things ..like towel ..brush ..paste ..etc

The Hotel location is good and rooms are spacious too. But the room service is poor. On the second day of stay got no hot water in morning and no one responded to room service number. The bed sheets, cushion covers and towels were too old and need to be replaced urgently. No in room dining facility is a big let down for solo travellers like me.

I have to wait at reception for 1 hr. to check-in. service is also not good. I booked it for 2 days but didn't get a water bottle after multiple request. Staffs are not supportive . Also. room was not maintained.

No towels and room very odour. Poor maintenance, Tv just for wall show case - not working. House keeping people are all granted to to touch gusts things just like that.

No lift is working, stained wah basin and bathroom. Not worth for the amount paid. No dental kit and shaving kit. worst experience.
