The room service was non existent. Even water bottles took half hour to deliver. Got fed up and dropped idea of ordering morning tea. Room intercom did not work. Room was ok. Housekeeping in lobby needs improvement. I was given room next to stairs which had service area. It was in bad shape plus was stinking with cigarette. Seems this is used as smoking zone. The stink carried to room. Need to shift the same. The rooms was on higway side. Good thing is windows were sound proof. Also lobbies had good illumination automated on movement which is good.

Amenities were in place, but the furniture and utilities are somewhat dated. The room door was difficult to close and would not latch properly because the door frame was not aligned properly with the door.

No lift is working, stained wah basin and bathroom. Not worth for the amount paid. No dental kit and shaving kit. worst experience.

No towels and room very odour. Poor maintenance, Tv just for wall show case - not working. House keeping people are all granted to to touch gusts things just like that.

I have to wait at reception for 1 hr. to check-in. service is also not good. I booked it for 2 days but didn't get a water bottle after multiple request. Staffs are not supportive . Also. room was not maintained.
