The property from outside was good but from inside and management it was bad. They got us a room and then asked us to change it 2 times. When we told them that our package includes dinner they said its not possible. After a long wait they accepted and then we went to 3 rd room. On the name of upgrade they gave us the room which was not even clean well. There was hairs fallen in the bathroom i guess from a previous party but they didn’t bother to clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The *food was excellent, offering a delightful variety that catered to every taste. The *staff were polite* and always ready to assist with a smile, making the stay even more pleasant. The *service was impressively quick, ensuring that all requests were handled promptly. The *room was clean, neat, and provided a quiet place* to relax after a long day. Additionally, the *view from the room was beautiful, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and i would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent food, courteous staff, efficient service, and serene ambiance.

Property is very good, spacious. Cleanliness was very good. Food is very good. Staff was very cooperative. Main attraction is water park resort with all rides and wave pool. Suggetion to add some indoor games.

Morning breakfast was not avalaible at property and was terible. First time i saw in room cant switch off light. How can u sleep with light on it was terbille.
