I booked a Deluxe Room at Treasure Resort Island but was given an Executive Room instead. Additionally, the television and refrigerator were not working, and there were frequent power cuts in the room. I am very disappointed with this experience.

Had the worst stay there. Disgusting property. Too noisy and stinky rooms. There was literally a cut in the toilet seat which pinch my ass.

It was a horrible experience at the hotel. The hotel reception team is incapable of taking any decision and direct you to speak to their manager who sits in a dingy room inside. the manager feels it below dignity to speak to the guests at reception. clearly they have policies which are inconsistent and absurd. it started with everyone saying it is impossible for 2 adults and 2 children ( 4) people to stay in one room and we should take 2 rooms and making us spend 1 hour in reception we ended up picking the suite instead of the lagoona room. thankfully so because the lagoona pool has food and dirt floating in it and probably cleaned once a week. the suite offered was third class with no dustbins .. broken showers, stagnant water in bathroom, fridge which was broken and when replaced was fully rusted, no a/c in living area. it cannot be called a suite for sure finally they offered us another room for second day which reduces our frustration a bit. all in all horrible experience .. to top it the restuarant is empty and will not serve half of the items in the menu card

There is a smell of oil in the lobby, tv's in the rooms are only for show, no ventilation in the washrooms, food is too much expensive. Property is good, rooms are good, staff is very cooperative.

Food was pathetic, Room service was bad, no hot water supplies, poor management, flush was not working, room’s AC remote was not working, room’s light stopped and starts to blinking whole night. Location and view might give you a little peace.
