I had to wait a lot for these and the room service was very late, everything else was fine, I could not experience much, thank you very much to everyone who supported me.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Doves Kohinoor Exotica, and overall, it was a pleasant and rejuvenating experience. Here’s a detailed account of my stay: Accessibility is decent, with clear signage ***** the way, and it's within reasonable driving distance from key attractions in Lonavala and Khandala.The food was another highlight of my stay. The in-house restaurant served a variety of cuisines, with a focus on Indian and local Maharashtrian dishes. The meals were flavorful and freshly prepared, with good portion sizes. Breakfast was included in the package and offered a decent spread of hot items, fruits, and beverages.The property features several amenities that enhance the overall experience. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, with ample seating around it. Service quality was impressive throughout the stay. The staff were polite, courteous, and eager to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficientDoves Kohinoor Exotica is a great choice for a quiet getaway with friends or family. Its natural surroundings, combined with good food and attentive service, create a relaxing atmosphere.

Booked a Deluxe Room via MakeMyTrip, but the room was nothing like the pictures (which were of a Premium Room). The manager was rude when we complained, and MMT didn’t help. Elderly guests had trouble with stairs despite our request, and the pool was unusable due to costume policy with no rentals. Misleading and frustrating experience.

property location was so peaceful and just 10 minutes walk from railway station. Food was average. Amenities is in good conditions. Service was average.
