I had booked hotel with additional payment of rs. 590- for complementary breakfast but in hotel records the same was not reflected hence i paid them 880+taxes for breakfast.

Food and service is pathetic. They serve cold food in breakfast. When asked for hot food they don’t have courtesy to even serve it. Basic tea during breakfast is missing. Repeated reminders to bring tea.

Absolutely horrible staff. Particularly mr krishna he was very arrogant n non-supportive person. He make my girls to sit at reception. I will not recommend any family to book this hotel.

The location was the best , the room size was good the bathroom had a bath tub , but there was no foot mat . The toilet was not clean at all . The fridge was not clean and hardly cooling . The restaurants are good . The manager and the reception staff were very polite. The WiFi does not work at all and connectivity in my room on the 4 th floor was poor . The best part is that there was no noise from other rooms. They gave us only one towel till we asked for the second one and no napkins . House keeping is rather slow . But for the price I think it was ok . Cleanliness has to be looked into .. there was a biscuit wrapper in the fridge .. that clearly states that cleaning was not done thoroughly.

While the staff was polite and didn't misbehave, I felt they were rigid and had ordinary listening skills. They seemed to follow standard procedures without much flexibility. The food quality was also not great. The dishes we ordered were average in taste and presentation. Overall, our experience was average. While the hotel's location and amenities were good, the staff's attitude and food quality didn't meet our expectations. We hope you will take our feedback seriously and work on improving your staff's training and food quality to enhance the overall guest experience.

Excellent location, close to many tourist attractions and the airport as well. The restaurant is good. But the room was not great. It was dirty. All lights are controlled through one panel next to the bed, but it is very inconvenient. The room and the passageways smelled as well.
