Сервиса нет совсем.Стойки регистрации тоже. Утром, когда уезжали, будил рабочих, чтобы нашли кого -нибудь, для возврата залога. При заезде не работал душ, починили, но не надолго.Брал номер с видом на море, половина окон выходила на строительный мусор. Рабочие строят ночью , днём видимо жарко. Ходят , кричат, светят фонариками. Объяснить ничего не возможно -отель принадлежит индийцам, по английски не понимают. Снорклить не очень -рифа почти нет. Но сам пляж наверное самый красивый на острове. Ходили пешком через джунгли в ПИР-минут 20. Если как и у меня -не будет вариантов совсем, то можно пожить пару дней.

Hotel is placed at the most beautiful part of the beach. Staff is very kind and polite. Bathroom has hot water pumps which is very convenient.

Мне понравилось наше пребывание в отеле, бесплатный Wi-Fi в кафе при отеле, чистое постельное, тихий кондиционер, водонагреватель, в общем все есть для комфортного пребывания. Незабываемый отдых на прекрасных островах

Wij verbleven in een chalet. De chalet was zeer basic, zonder een kastje, een legplank.. maar wel echt ruim. De badkamer was ook groot, de douchestraal was wel zeer zwak. Het kunstgras voor de deur was onhandig, gewoon houten planken was veel praktischer geweest. Al bij al waren wij best tevreden door de ligging en de ruime kamer. Wij vonden de prijs wel veel te hoog voor wat we kregen, en het personeel lijkt amper van iets op de hoogte. Eén jongeman was zeer vriendelijk maar behoorlijk hulpeloos, de anderen waren niet vriendelijk. Eén man bekeek je zelfs misprijzend als je iets naar de frigo bracht, want hij vond het ondenkbaar dat er een blikje bier in zijn frigo zou worden gezet.

Se rompió el mando del aire y no pudimos bajar la temperatura. Solo opción on/off. El desayuno empieza a las 8.30, y para hacer el boat 訂房網站 de Redang fuimos a desayunar a otro sitio ya que la excursión empezaba a las 8.40. Camas comodas. Muy poca presión de agua en la ducha.

Отель постель завтрак больше подходит для молодёжи или бекпекерам, которой в принципе нормально) но мы слегка прибывали в шоке… Завтраки все столы грязные, раздача тоже грязная, ну как так🙈 Номер оставляет желать лучшего, постоянно нет света и воды. Еле выдержали 2 суток, но мы там только ночевали) Нужно отремонтировать ресепшен и подавать завтраки в чистоте.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, for multiple reasons. We booked the wrong date and were marked as a no-show without being informed. The hotel asked us to cancel and rebook directly for the same dates (2 of the 3 nights we’d already paid), then charged us double even though the room was still available. They refused to help or refund anything. The food is also extremely overpriced – nearly double the price of other restaurants on the island. If you do stay here, I would strongly suggest you avoid eating at the restaurant. The hotel itself is very old and urgently needs renovation. It’s dirty, with trash around the property that no one bothers to pick up. The room and bathroom lacked basic furniture, and no one came to clean for the entire stay. To top it off, during checkout we simply asked if someone could help us take our luggage from the room, and they even wanted to charge extra for that – a basic service every hotel offers for free. The only positive is the beachfront location (though you can’t see the sunset in this part of the island), which makes it even sadder that they are not putting in the effort to make this place better. We left very disappointed in the management. We booked late and this was the only place available – now we understand why.
