The hotel is nice, the location especially when traveling back (near airport) different waves and also having private and semiprivate pools to enjoy from your chalet. I enjoyed staying here. Could be improved and renovated to be better. The staff was very friendly

The staff especially the General Manager were excellent to deal with and very supportive and helpful to any queries you have. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety changing daily some dishes too being great. The room and amenities was very good great bathroom plenty of hot water, wifi fantastic and very clean everything. This was a very relaxing stay for nine days enjoying the pretty beach to swimming in the pools. I certainly would recommend coming here to this nice part of Lombok.

Het is een prachtig hotel, jammer dat het niet zo gezellig druk is. Wij vonden het best stil. Kamer was prachtig en schoon. Restaurant was goed, gerechten ca 125.000. Wifi was goed. Ligt aan het strand, zee is prachtig. Ligt 1,8 km van het centrum af waar je restaurantjes kunt vinden. Dus wel ver om te lopen, taxi of scooter nodig. Wat heel jammer was, als je aan het strand lag dat er om de paar minuten kinderen langs kwamen om armbandjes te verkopen. Een keer is niet erg maar bijna heel de tijd om de 15 min wordt wel irritant. Jammer dat het hotel hier niks aan deed.

房間偏小，但是設計合理。酒店主打環保，沒有主動提供牙刷之類，需向酒店拿。但是衞生一般，比如毛巾有異味，像抹布味。二，洗漱台上有汙漬，沒有擦乾淨。酒店環境不錯，餐食尚可，早餐偏西方和印尼口味，不太適合東亞。服務態度還行。這個價位在國內的酒店或者峇里島都可以享受更好的服務了。

Such a mesmerising stay. Shout out to Ms Erna from the front office who went beyond and above to decorate our room and arrange a cake for our anniversary. We really enjoyed the staycation here. All staff from the breakfast place, bar, reception, spa, everyone giving us warm welcome. We will definitely never forget this Indonesian warm welcome. it’s such a heartfelt that we have to leave this place. Wish to come back again.

Bel hôtel mais vieillissant. Bon rapport qualité prix mais la propreté est à revoir. Les prix des trajets en voiture depuis l’hôtel sont très chers et varient en fonction de la personne présente à l’accueil. Nous parlons indonésien et l’accueil ne le savait pas, ils ont à plusieurs reprises discuté entre eux afin de nous faire payer plus chers sans savoir que nous comprenions leurs langue. Sinon belle plage.
