hotel was basic, but do not go all inclusive, the food is to cold, not 1 meal is edible, customer complained to reception with no success, no alternative food oir refund offered, management was no hep whatsoever and would not co-operate with the travel agent. this is against food hygiene,

Cold food. Do not go all inclusive Not 1 meal was eaten every single meal was cold, all buffet food but jot the right temp All food cold. Complained to staff And received a letter through the door stating if approached the staff again they would be asked to leave the hotel for unacceptable behaviour. . My travel agent tried many times to contact the hotel but the manager was rude and would not co operate We asked for a refund just for the meal options as we could not eat here to be told no refund would be given,. Waste of money as only had drinks and not 1 food option that was edible All hotels should follow the principles of HACCP for the food safetylegislation. No refund offered. No compensation and additional costs of neals elsewhere,
