Nice hotel and a great location. It was a good experience overall, but the room needed a refresh and we had ants in our room. The couch, curtains, and table cloth needed a really good cleaning, or even better, replacing. Not important for us, but we didn't see an elevator. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as they let us have our free breakfast for dinner as we were leaving very early in the morning.

Very nice high-class hotel with a stunning location: opposite SM Mall! Very friendly reception crew too. I rented a motorbike thru the reception and I was able to go sightsee at my leisure. Loved the outdoor swimming pool too.

It was okay for the value if you book early. The reception was extremely friendly, but did not answer the phone when I called before. Pick up at airport was great. Otherwise nothing to complain:)

We booked 2 rooms last minute reservation (3 days prior to arrivals) to tag along with my family who booked at Hotel Fleuris. I had communicated with the Hotel staff after booking of our arrival information and requesting to be near each other. The staff were very accommodating. They placed all of our 6 rooms total in the same floor and rooms were available when arrived at 8am. The location was perfect!!! It's located across SM Mall which made it convenient for our non speaking Filipino teenagers to walk freely to the mall on their own. Thank you Hotel Fleuris Staff for taking care of our family.

Fabulous hotel with an outdoor swimming pool. It is opposite Puerto Princesa's SM Mall which is just amazing, I was able to go to the Mall anytime I wanted especialy after long days of sightseeing. The SM Mall has a lot of eateries incl. Starbucks and a large supermarket. The hotel itself is really nice with good breakfast (chicken, rice, coffee,...) made to order. I also enjoyed the street food stalls right opposite the hotel- very cheap and tasty.
