VRAIMENT EN TOUT DERNIER RECOURS Draps déchirés qui sentent la pisse de chat, fourmis partout dans le lit et dans la chambre, pas d’eau dans la douche, pas de cuvette aux WC… À chaque réclamation on me répond que quelqu’un va intervenir mais personne n’est jamais venu. Staff de l’hôtel bruyant de jour comme de nuit et réceptionniste qui ne transmet pas les infos des excursions, réservant quelques surprises une fois sur place… Je n’y retournerai certainement pas. Ça m’apprendra à vouloir faire des économies. Je pense qu’on peut trouver bien plus correct pour quelques pesos supplémentaires.

They gave us free daily drinks for the rest of our stay. The room is clean, the restaurant food and breakfast taste great. They have good air-condition, perfect for the very hot weather during our travels. I’d say it was a good and relaxing vacation in total.

The place is quite far but affordable if you stay just one day for a layover or an underground river tour. We had a hard time finding a tricycle going to the busy area. But overall, it's still a good price for three people.

Im so delighted with the staff who provided me amazing service and hospitality. Kudos to NINA, Walter and to all staff who made me feel welcomed and valued. I will certainly be back. Room is clean and has cool AC. Quiet and homey place to stay. Just 1 ride from airport and nearby tourist spots

We had a pleasant stay in this hostel. The bathroom is nice with warm and cold shower. They had free drinking water from a dispenser located outside the rooms but within the vicinity. The ambience is wonderful with a touch of nature such as plants and small pond with some fiahes. It's affordable and we will come back to this hostel in the future.

I just book the hotel for few hours before my early flight. So it is enough for short stay. The problem is that if you like to have a cool room. The aircon is really loud. Beside that it was fine.

Pros: Nice garden. Spacious room. Friendly and polite english speaking staff. Water dispenser. Cons: Noisy old style a/c. No power plug near the bed. A couple of hangers in the room would be useful.
