環境優美，服務人員友好熱情 酒店可以訂車去伊瓜蘇門口 我們去的時候正值冬季，不然可以在酒店裡的泳池游泳了 房間寬敞衞生，有陽台

Our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the staff claimed we hadn’t paid for our stay, despite presenting both the 訂房網站 invoice and credit card statement. Thankfully, 訂房網站’s customer service responded quickly to resolve the issue, but we were still hassled until the morning. The rooms lacked basic amenities and were uncomfortably humid with mold. There was no complimentary water provided, which was inconvenient. The food at the hotel was overpriced and did not meet expectations in terms of quality. Overall, this experience fell short of what we expected.

This hotel was very nice and relaxing. Pool was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. But you need a taxi to go anywhere.

The design of the hotel is extremely pretty, makes you feel like you are in a rainforest resort. Breakfast has a huge variety but I love eggs so I always request eggs done differently from scrambled. The hotel is located away from the city center so you will need a taxi every time when you go out. Had a bad first experience with the taxi driver but the hotel listened and I had a great driver, Pablo after that incident. A big thank you to Vanessa and also Lucia for all their help during my stay! The other receptionists are really either not helpful or can’t speak English well, that’s disappointing for a 5 star hotel. The hotel swimming pool was under maintenance so I didn’t get to use the pool.

Check in on late time and Lucia understood that we were tired, so she's been very sweet to walk us to the room. The landscape of the hotel is stunning. Our room overlooking to the swimming pool, but no time for swimming hhh. The room is very clean, the bed was cool and shower room are perfect with very easy adjust the water temperature, no free water bottle, so i must purchase from the restaurant. The breakfast is perfect with many variety of fruit, yogurt, pastry, snacks and drinks and i love the omelet that i order from the kitchen. When we don't have cash for taxi, receptionist help us to paid with 10% interest, which is fair. Parking area is huge in the middle of the rainforest All staff are very friendly and helpful, lobby is gorgeous too Overall is our perfect stay in Iguazu Cataratas and I highly suggest to all type of traveler to check in here.

不錯的選擇，舒適方便，性價比高，餐廳飯菜可口，伊瓜蘇瀑布是到阿根廷旅遊必須打卡的地方，選擇合適的酒店對觀光世界自然遺產排名前十的瀑布，是非常必要的。吃住行都對酒店有很大依賴，那個小鎮還沒有完全商業化，方便程度不高，但酒店可以幫助遊客完成大部分安排，很棒！自由行是最好的選擇
