We had a frustrating experience with our booking here. We showed up with a confirmed reservation through 訂房網站, but the hotel was fully booked and claimed they were never advised of our stay. We had to spend our first day being transferred to another property, and ultimately felt like we didn't get the room we originally paid for. The only saving grace was the staff—they were very kind, polite, and did their best to help us under the circumstances. Lovely team, but the booking management system needs serious fixing.

I was a great stay.. pero the problem is hindi malamig yung ac and need ko pa mag bayad ng 300 pesos para sa electricfan i thought di na nila sisingilin yun but still naningil padin sila and great staff by the way!
