It was not pleasant , we had to change rooms cause of power issues and the first day there was no AC in our rooms . I wouldn’t remember this hotel to anyone if they are coming with family .

The property is average, rooms are spacious but AC switches do not work properly, bathroom door nobs broken, tv remotes required beating to work. Breakfast items are limited and local food taste good else other stuff tasteless.

room was not up to date.. bed sheets not washed and clean... rooms smelling.. towels not provided for 3rd person..

I have been here few times. I totally love the location close to the shopping street and the beach. However this time the room was okay. Bathroom had no lock and fridge was not working. It was a let down after I complaint they tried something but the fridge was not working. The property is showing its age. Since it's a peak season it is so crowded. The breakfast was the other reason to book again.

The room service was bad. In room dining was delayed by an hour. At night they disable the reception and room service numbers. There is no way to reach out through phone call during late evenings. The shower was not working properly. Breakfast was terrible, the drinks were kept for hours without lid to cover them.
