Very disappointing experience. The host was extremely difficult to contact during check-in, which caused significant inconvenience. Prior to arrival, I contacted the host multiple times to confirm whether a QR code was required for entry. I was repeatedly informed that no QR code was needed, despite the check-in instructions mentioning one. Upon arrival, we were stopped at the guardhouse and denied entry because we did not have the required QR code. We immediately tried contacting the host via calls and messages, but received no response. As a result, we were left stranded at the guardhouse for over 45 minutes and were eventually asked by security to leave the premises. After numerous attempts, the host finally responded, but continued to insist that a QR code was not necessary, even though security had clearly denied us access for that exact reason. The lack of communication, slow response time, and contradictory information made the check-in process extremely stressful and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed here for a quick 訂房網站 and the location alone makes it worth it. 3 mins to Pavilion Bukit Jalil on foot — can't beat that. Room was tidy, bed was comfortable, and check-in was hassle-free. Great budget-friendly option in Bukit Jalil.
