It’s advertised as new but the fact is, its old. The pictures in the app is when its first launched, now its just old and dusty. There’s even fur in the pillows. The bidet is broken. The access door to the balcony is broken and cannot be open. The down light near dining table is broken. The cupboard is very dusty. The floor is dirty (if you don’t use slippers, your feet will become black). The kitchen hood is very dirty and dusty and doesn’t work. The washing machine is dirty and old and no detergent provided. And the tv is small, isn’t same in the picture provided. I’ve cancelled 3 nights in my stay.
