希爾頓分時度假俱樂部可哈拉套房酒店 (Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kohala Suites Waikoloa)

據説是世界上最大的希爾頓度假村，裡面好幾家希爾頓系酒店，度假村裡環境非常好，還有個商業中心，有超市和餐廳，總體來説很方便。我們的房間在一樓，停車就在門口，搬行李也方便。套房面積很大，兩個臥室住四個成人綽綽有餘，廚房電器一應俱全，烤箱微波爐洗碗機咖啡機都有，櫥櫃裡有各種鍋碗瓢盆，冰箱能自動加水製冰，還有洗衣機烘乾機，總之非常滿意，如果有機會再來，Kona這邊我還會選擇這裡。

酒店簡直太好了，停車免費、入住無度假村費，並且可以享受希爾頓度假村的一切設施，有免費班車到希爾頓酒店、超市、購物中心。房間巨大有100多平米，廚房設施齊備。

房間乾淨溫馨， 設施齊全，廚房用具完備，特別是是陽台出去的草地孩子特別喜歡，整體特別好，下次來還會住。

Upon arrival, front desk stated no funds were paid through third party. Which meant they'd have to hold the entire stay on my credit card even if I paid in full before arrival. Additionally, they said that the third party vendor overbooked and the only room available was a handicap room (which wasnt a problem). Upon entering the room, we found a maintenence note stating all the items in the room needing to be fixed which gave my family the impression that the room was not safe to be occupied. The sliding screen door was broken, a knob missing from the bath tub and brand new fixtures in packages on the counter tops. Dishes in the cabinet had mold in it as well. The hotel was apologetic for the room and offered a $250 credit to be spent on all Hilton properties near by. The problem was everywhere we tried to use the credit was either limited on what we could purchase or closed. Additionally, they also promised to return parking charge as well of $105 but it was stil charged after check-out. We have stayed at this location in the past and have loved it but the property seems to be run down and not property cared for.

ゴルフビューでライナでのんびりするのがとても心地よかった。部屋の作りは広くて快適だか、プールが小さいのが殘念。シャトルバスでワイコロアビレッジに行く必要がある。のんびり過ごすには快適。

The unit was a bit pricey but it worth the money. It was the best place we stayed on this 訂房網站 to the big island Hawaii.
