地段可以，在碼頭附近，我們定的總統套房，三天的經歷太糟糕了，第一天大露台的spa浴缸不能關閉，整晚嗡嗡嗡聲音很大無法入睡，第二晚酒店人工把溫度固定到30度，導致溫度太低不能使用spa浴缸，第三晚酒店讓水溫自己加熱，直到晚上22點才到38度，太晚了第二天要早起，又不能使用spa。總之這個spa大浴缸本應該是亮點和看點，現在淪為最不讓人滿意的點，也是無語。這個酒店的spa浴缸客人無法自行用按鈕調節的。

Great place to stay in Palau: Excellent location just across from the Marina, with plenty of restaurant choices within short walking distance. The desk staff was absolutely outstanding -- super friendly & accommodating every request.

酒店的幾位前台都是彬彬有禮，頗具耐心，有點兒像英劇裡的管家，呵呵。 設施不錯，淋浴，熱水，提供洗護，小冰箱有各種收費飲料。床單、浴巾潔白乾凈，酒店很有環保意識，鼓勵連續使用。可從小陽台看到大海。 酒店位置超好，停車非常方便。向前走幾十米就是私人遊艇停靠處，可預訂出海遊。附近有旅遊中心，可購買來回船票去拉馬達萊納群島國家公園遊玩。酒店旁邊有超市，蔬菜、水果、麵包都很新鮮。

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms were really clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful in booking daily excursions and transportation! I particularly loved the room decor and furniture :)

We stayed for 2 nights because we had a catamaran tour day booked from the marina: We loved the orange and blue interior of the Junior suite which was spotless and well appointed. As ports go, it is nice port to have a view of from the balcony (over the car park). It was October and we had no problem parking directly in front of the hotel in the public parking for €12 a day and it was therefore also a quiet sleep. Reception were very courteous and efficient checking us in and recommending restaurants after we found out that La Gritta had closed for the season already. The location could not be more convenient for bars restaurants and shops too which suited us very well as we were in a road 訂房網站 and it’s sometimes nice to ditch the car on arrival. The breakfast buffet was extensive especially the variety of pastries but there was also scrambled eggs and bacon which we had not seen in other hotels. The breakfast coffee was from a machine and not as nice as when it is made by a barista during the breakfast service elsewhere.

A good hotel, perfectly located for different boat 訂房網站s from Palau. We booked the junior suite, a very nice room with a big balcony. The people working at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be definately better if the hotel wants to keep a high standard. They offer too low quality food and too much sweet stuff. But in general, a very nice hotel I can definately recommend.
