🙂Location is near Brindisi Airport we arrived at 11pm and it was easy to take the bus to the hotel 🙂breakfast was very good with fresh orange juice available

Check-in and the stay went smoothly until 11 PM. Later, however, there was a major issue with the air conditioning settings. We wanted it to be quiet; initially, it was, as the unit had turned itself off. But after we fell asleep, it kicked back on after 20 minutes. I turned it off, yet 20 minutes later it started up again on its own, with the fan running at the lowest setting. We turned it off again—this time using the "Do Not Disturb" mode—but that didn't help; it turned on once more. Next, I set the temperature to 27°C; that worked for 45 minutes, as it didn't activate during that time. But when it finally did kick in, it ran at maximum power—making an incredible amount of noise—and it was already around 2 AM. Every time I turned it off, it would restart at full power after just a minute—it was a nightmare. I went to the reception and called several times; the receptionist seemed to be asleep but finally woke up and turned the AC off completely. Thanks to that, we managed to fall asleep around 3 AM, only to be woken up at 6 AM for our 8 AM flight. It was the worst night I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

Arrived after 1pm on a Sunday, and checked in, to be told I’m early and return after 2:30pm (check in @2pm according to site. What a shame and lack of hospitality. Room looked good, some carpet stains but ok. Hardly any amenities for a four star. No facial tissues, no hand lotion, no water. No creamer for coffee. Bed comfortable. Curtains broken but managed to close them. Front desk staff don’t answer calls. Poorly managed, deteriorating hotel.

Wonderful hotel located within 3 mins walk across a road from Brindisi Central Station which will give you easy access to the nearby Cities of Lecce and Bari. Rooms spotlessly cleaned daily. Breakfast is continental style with something for everyone to get your day started.... Many thanks to Emanuella on the front desk for all her kind assistance during my stay!

Hotel is right across from the train station and located on the main area of Brindisi.  They are security forward which we really liked.  Held our bags for hours before checking in so we could explore and arranged an early morning taxi for us to the airport.  The staff was friendly and extremely helpful.  We loved our short stay.

Hotel Palazzo Virgilio całkowicie spełnił nasze oczekiwania podczas kilkudniowego pobytu, który spędziliśmy z żoną na zwiedzaniu Apulii. Obiekt jest komfortowy, czysty i świetnie zlokalizowany (bliskość do stacji kolejowej i przystanku autobusowego, z którego można szybko dojechać do lotniska). Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje personel recepcji, który wykazał się dużą uprzejmością i profesjonalnym podejściem do gości. Specjalne podziękowania kierujemy do pani recepcjonistki Perli, która była dla nas bardzo miła i niezwykle pomocna. Hotel jest godny polecenia jako dobra baza do odkrywania regionu.
