Потрясающий отель, мне понравилось абсолютно все! Жила на 18 этаже в номере 1803, совершенно потрясающий вид из окна на Анды и город, я наслаждалась каждым днем в отеле! Чистота, прекрасный завтрак, хоть и мало горячей пищи, но это компенсировано прекрасными сырами и фруктами. Идеальное расположение. Ужинала в ресторане отеля - все было очень вкусно, хороший выбор вина. Теплый бассейн на 20 этаже, спортзал. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Советую отель для пребывания в Сантьяго и с удовольствием вернусь снова! Спасибо за прекрасный прием!❤️❤️❤️

地理位置很好，比鄰購物中心。大堂很不錯，前台辦理入住效率低得難以理解。房間空間可以，比較舊，景觀很好。樓上的游泳池非常小，就當作泡一會兒看看風景可以，對於游泳池千萬別期望太高。

This is a story of 2 parts over 2 stays 11 days apart. The first stay was pretty good, we had a room on the 17th floor where the views were amazing The room was large and clean. The shower is a plastic insert and very slippery when wet. The shower head was large but a lot of the holes were blocked, but effective enough. The wi-fi was good, the breakfast was OK. We had lunch there as part of a group and it was very poor. The steak was like rubber. The bed was very firm and very high off the ground. So overall this stay was pretty good. However stay No2 came along. This time the room was on the 3rd floor so views of air conditioning units were in your face, but not a problem. This time there were 2 significant issues. The floor was very dirty, feet ended up black after a shower. The second issue is that the room was located in the foyer next to the elevators. All night there was loud music which penetrated our room making sleeping difficult. We rang the night manager but he could do nothing about it as he did not know where the on/off switch was. Make sure you do not book any room around the elevator foyers.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to expectations. Instead of booking one of the cheaper rooms described as “with a view” I booked the more expensive junior suite which automatically included a view. On check-in I was provided a room that had no view and was not as advertised. I was subsequently given another room on on a higher floor - although why this wasn’t offered to me in the first place is unclear. Unfortunately the experience did not get better - although the room had air conditioning, it did not work properly and in the middle of summer it did not cool the room down at all (even after maintenance checked it - after having to raise it multiple times in the same day). Similarly, the room key ceased working 3-4 times a day required constantly going back to reception. The make up of the room each day was the bare minimum, and not what you’d expect from a hotel charging these prices. No apology received at any point during my stay. Whilst a great location, for the money spent, I’ll certainly be looking elsewhere.
