淡季性價比很高，safari 房間可以看到很多動物，第一天下雨一直呆在酒店，沒預約到早上和長頸鹿一起吃早餐，遇到中國小姐姐讓小朋友也進去餵了。都是在酒店吃的早餐，餐飲可以再提升一下。預約了猛獸餵食活動，小朋友可喜歡了。房間偏小，床衹有90

這家酒店超乎想象，一定要預留2天，第一天入住後體驗酒店的活動和夜間，第二天坐穿梭車去旁邊的動物園。酒店的每一項活動一定都要參加，定不定Safari房間沒太大區別，在大堂都可以看，如果要定就要面對泳池左手邊的房間，可以看到更多動物。 另外再去酒店的路上有很多人在路邊賣胡蘿蔔，記得一定要多買一點，這樣你跟小朋友就自己可以拿去喂那些動物了，否則房間裡衹配幾根胡蘿蔔也不能再多買。 酒店對面的Enchanting forest也可以去，雨林散步很有意思。

房間硬件設施和衞生狀況真的很一般，建議自帶一次性床單被套，但不得不得説環境真的很好，房間陽台上就能看到動物，提前預訂的長頸鹿早餐太有意思了！另外酒店員工都很熱情，早餐也有一些當地特色的食物。

房間很老，早餐不新鮮，西瓜都是餿的，更重要的是入住的時候我預訂了長頸鹿共進早餐，結果不成想孩子凌晨發燒到40度，因為在山上，沒有辦法買葯，所以我第一時間尋找了包車司機讓他一早來接我，然後同時間告知了酒店，取消了長頸鹿共進早餐項目，當時前台已經同意取消並退還費用，告知我需要時間，但是直到我回國，都沒有返還我費用。並且我給酒店發送了電子郵件質問此事，酒店收到後也沒有回覆我此事。

It was worth the experience! There are many activities available at an additional charge and we booked the Giraffe Feeding as we didn’t have enough time to enjoy Breakfast with Giraffe, it was a fun experience! Sunrises at 5.30am and it was very relaxing to watch animals wander around the safari area right next to you!

We recently stayed at Baobab Safari Resort and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. At check-in, we were informed of a 300k deposit. We were told it could be paid by card, but when we tried both Visa and MasterCard, neither worked. In the end, we had to pay by cash. Considering the popularity of this hotel with international guests, we felt it would be more convenient if a wider range of cards were accepted. The explanation we received about the “open booking” payment process was not very clear, which added to our confusion. Receptionist could not explain in english properly too. We also had some issues with the shuttle service to Taman Safari Prigen. The hotel explained that the shuttle would only be available 30 minutes after the zoo opened, which was fine. However, when the time came, the shuttle was very delayed. Later, we noticed that another family had been given a booking for transport to the zoo at 8:30 am, which left us feeling that the process for arranging transport could have been handled more consistently. Additionally, when we arrived at the zoo, we were asked to show a voucher for resort guests, but none had been provided to us by the hotel. The room itself felt a little dated. The TV and cabinets looked old, the bed was not very comfortable, and the towels were worn out at the edges. For the price and reputation of the resort, we expected the rooms to be in better condition. Mind you, the price of the resort was double from others. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast with the giraffes. Although the session was only about 20 minutes, we thoroughly enjoyed it, and the photos taken by staff turned out very well. It was a unique experience that we appreciated. Overall, while we truly enjoyed the giraffe breakfast, many other aspects of our stay were disappointing. If you are mainly interested in the breakfast experience, it might be worth staying for just one night (do call in advance to book, as it is popular). Otherwise, we personally would not choose to stay here again.

之前看到很多不好的評論，説服務不好我都做好最壞的打算了。結果並不是 我的車剛到酒店，三個工作人員出來幫我開門拿行李箱。辦理入住服務也很好。我去的時候泳池基本沒人，可以出片！ 唯一的小插曲，下午看到一條壁虎（不是這個酒店的原因，因為後來在印度尼西亞每個酒店基本都看到了）我去前台，配了工作人員陪我去把壁虎抓住了，但是沒有傷害它。 我是為了第二天和長頸鹿吃早餐，我自己WhatsApp 臨時提前一天預訂的。超出片的！ 預算夠的話建議直接safari 房，可以看到動物們，晚上他們更活潑

The place looks amazing and beautiful with the animals roaming free. Loved the feeding the giraffe session. Staff are very friendly and helpful. However the place is a lil far off with lack of food options (only 1 restaurant open on weekdays) and for a kid friendly hotel, there is a lack of kid cutleries, the room toilet was slippery and the play room was very rundown. We also got many bed bug bites. After making a complaint, they did change our room, gave us an upgrade although I did feel that our previous room was better than the upgraded one. All in all, good for a 2 night stay

exceeded expectations in all regards. from the main lobby to the toilets, from the rooms to the animal pens - all super clean, a massive respite from mosquito-infested accomodations the few days prior. the receptionists were all very friendly, well-versed in both bahasa indo and english; the driver kindly helped us find somewhere to buy feed for the animals and take photos at the entrance; the concierge was also very pro-active and the cleaners were constantly seen mopping. and the facilities are undoubtedly one of a kind. the view from the balcony were of the animals happily skipping around, not like some other safari accommodations where the animals are either kept in too small fences or too far away. every store was well stocked with water dispensers of different temperatures. the animal feeding was also easy to purchase from the counter. only pity is that we were not aware that the breakfast with giraffe needed booking beforehand, but honestly you can feed the giraffes for cheaper at the Taman Safari Prigen safari adventure. breakfast for humans otherwise had a good spread, including some humorously named items. there is also a free and convenient shuttle service that takes you to and from baobab to the safari area, just have to ask the concierge. overall 10/10 will visit again.

The resort is amazing. Another true feeling of a real safari. Ive been to Africa Safari and this might not give the exact same ambience but it is really close to it and it is the best in Asia! With all the nearby attractions! The staff are amazing and helpful. The rooms migbt not be splendid but its decent.
