Pesan kamar melalui aplikasi pas chek in tidak sesuai foto, pas ditanya kenapa beda kamar jawabannya kamar yg kami pesan sudah ditempati orang lain, kecewa bgd, lampu balkon mati, dinding berjamur, lembab, siang panas tdk ad kipas/AC, kamar mandi bau, water Heater tidak berfungsi, lampu kamar juga tdk terlalu terang jd kesan nya bikin kamar makin tdk nyaman buat ditempati... Buat owner tolong sering² aja di cek usahanya serta karyawan²nya sering² di breafing supaya tdk mengecewakan pelanggan, krna ketika sy komplain resepsionis seperti merendahkan kami katanya kami dpet kamar yg tdk sesuai krna pesan online,😖

One of the worst and dirtiest places I have ever stayed in. The photos shown on online booking platforms are completely misleading. The room I received was extremely dirty. The bedsheets had visible stains, including what looked like blood marks. The table was so dirty that no one would even want to touch it. The towel provided by the hotel was also dirty and full of holes. This was a complete waste of money and energy. After reaching the hotel and seeing the room, you may have no choice but to take a taxi back to the city, which costs around another 5–6 USD. The problem is not only that the hotel is dirty, but also that the staff do not seem to care. Since the booking is non-refundable, guests are trapped after payment. They show attractive and clean photos online, but when you arrive, they give you a completely different and unacceptable room. In my opinion, this feels like a scam. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Total Damage: 5 USD Taxi 10 USD Hotel 5 USD Taxi Mental Torture: 5000 USD So, NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER book this hotel. Note: I didn't stay there for even 5 minutes.
