Pity hotel was undergoing refurbishment. However, having been many times we were happy to be there and we are always well looked after. Food was better this time.

There was a funny smell coming from our corridor and room but it went away after a while. The water pressure was really weak. It took around 50 minutes to run a bath. WiFi at £7 for 24 hours per device is shocking. Especially when the signal isn’t that good. Other than that and the slow service of bar staff, we both enjoyed our stay and will probably be back again!

Just stayed overnight only. Unfortunately 訂房網站ped over a bollard which shouldn't be there outside reception area.. Driven to A and E Ayr to have X-rays and trea**ent for left hand laceration penetrated by tarmac when I hit the ground. Trea**ent s ongoing 8 days later and will be for sometime. Reported it next morning where previous staff although aware had not communicated with shift change.

Basic hotel for what you pay for. T.V was old and tiny with 2 remotes to try and work it. Double wall socket didnt work either.
