Friendly reception, very clean, superb breakfast, great hotel, our only criticism was the room lighting was very poor. The bulbs must have been ultra low wattage.

A very comfortable stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't fault the breakfast. We have stayed a number of times before and will definitely be back.

No hair dryer in the room, need to ask receptionist. The town Preston is a very bad place, dirty and high crime rate, all black and Asian people.
