風景優美的田園背景酒店，設施齊備，乾淨整潔，稍微不方便的就是在城郊的高速旁，自己沒有車的話就衹能等幾十分鐘一趟的公交車。附圖是酒店窗景。

The room I paid for was not the room that I got allocated service was very poor no one at reception on arrival at 8pm and no one there when leaving No hot water in morning in room very cold shower and shower was leaking and spraying everywhere extremely disappointed and would welcome a call from hotel management as left my details but. I checked in on October 26 and checked out on October 27, staying under the name Mirza Iftikhar Ahmed. Upon check-in to Room 340, I found that the shower was not working, and the bath taps were also out of order. After reporting these issues, I learned from staff that the room had an ongoing problem with the bathroom facilities. I am concerned that, despite knowing this, Room 340 was still assigned to me, which led to unnecessary inconvenience. It took over two hours for the staff to address the issue and relocate me to Room 216, which was located above a music room. Given the delay and that I received the key around midnight, the noise from the music room made it impossible to get any rest. Considering these inconveniences, I kindly request that you consider some form of compensation as a gesture of goodwill. I trust that you will address these issues to prevent similar experiences for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, making my experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a fair and delightful stay.
