The room was good but the bathroom was very poor and had a constant smell The reception staff did not know what they were doing as they could not figure out the booking wasted half hour on check in and another half hour on checking out!

Beds comfy. Leisure facilities very good. Reception staff rude. Very frustrating check in. We had a large van couldn’t exit or enter & had to keep walking to reception for them to open the gate as they don’t answer the landline. Food was very good.

Poor service for an executive room, no water left in room, fridge was impossible to switch on due to plug location, fresh face towels not supplied after house cleaning. Overall poor experience for!
