地理位置太棒啦就在市中心～火車站出來5分鐘就到了～☺回來曾經的大學看看～酒店的接待和員工都非常熱情～原客房遇到一些小問題，酒店馬上給我換了更好的客房非常感謝喲～每一間客房都有不同的裝修風格～每天都有客房打掃喲～周邊兩個大超市買吃的做飯也非常方便～廚房使用起來也非常方便～就床墊對我來説太軟了～其他都很好

房間設施很全，有冰箱、熨衣板、餐具、電磁爐、鍋等等，有很多零食和咖啡可以自己沖，每天都有客房服務，最後退房把鑰匙還回鑰匙箱就可以了，附近吃的比較多，有一家很近的漢堡店很不錯

整體不錯，但沒有洗衣機，廚房也沒有餐桌，最為總統套房有所遺憾了。

There were enough space for my family!

The hotel room was overbooked, but the reason initially given to us was that there was an issue with the heater and no hot water for showers. However, we were later informed by the booking platform that the actual reason was overbooking. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this until the check-in date. We were then directed to an alternative accommodation, but no proper arrangements had been made even after we arrived at the destination. We had to make an additional call to the hotel ourselves to find out how to check in. To make matters worse, the alternative room was dirty and full of dust. We even experienced what appeared to be dust-mite bites on our legs during the stay. We originally booked accommodation for four people. However, the alternative accommodation offered to us only had one proper bed for two people and a sofa bed for another 2 person, all congested within a single room. This arrangement was clearly unsuitable for four guests. After we made it clear that we did not want to sleep on a sofa bed, they eventually offered us another room. Unfortunately, the condition of the replacement room was also unacceptable, as it was dirty and full of dust. Overall, the alternative accommodation provided did not meet the standard or comfort we expected from our original booking, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. We also informed the hotel that, due to the rainy weather, we might need a one-hour extension for check-out. However, they refused to accommodate this request and instead asked us to pay an additional charge for the one-hour extension. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience. The poor communication, lack of proper arrangements, cleanliness issues, and inflexibility regarding the check-out time made our stay extremely unpleasant. We are very dissatisfied with the service and will definitely not book with this hotel again.
