房間本身挺不錯的，很大還帶廚房，位置極佳，步行到查理大橋15分鐘就行。但是入住體驗堪稱災難，首先酒店在一棟街邊商場的樓上，外立面沒有任何標示牌，很難找到。第二，訂房網站預訂完收不到店家的郵件，不知道入住密碼，如果你沒有能打本地號碼的電話或者what's up是聯繫不了酒店無法入住的，衹能通過訂房網站溝通，效率低，白等半個小時。我們連住兩天，中間也不來打掃衞生。

Excellent location and amenities, can cook since there's a kitchen fully equipped with pan and utensils but we didn't cook. Was really upset with the check in as there was no one at the reception when we arrived at 8 pm +. This was supposed to be self check in but I didn't receive any information on the room number and door code. The confirmation email and pin code from 訂房網站 did not work. There is a notice at the reception asking us to call them but this is very inconvenient for tourists. After calling them, the staff claimed that the registeration was incomplete and we spent 30mins filling in some online form which could be done in advance if the hotel emailed us earlier. We only manage to check in after 9pm and couldn't get dinner at many places since they are close. McDonald's and Burger King are nearby for those who encounter the same issue. There is a Christmas market just below the hotel too.
