舊皇家郵政酒店 (Old Royal Post Boutique Hotel & Premium Suites)

This hotel is absolutely perfect! We loved everything about it, from its beautiful decor to the cozy, large TV and comfy sofa. The balcony offered a lovely space to relax and the it has fully equipped kitchen. The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the famous Charles Bridge. Our apartment was on level 3 with no elevator, but the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with carrying our luggage to and from the room. We truly appreciated their kindness and excellent service. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended

Centrally situated within 5 minutes walk from the Charles Bridge/Vltava River, and 15 minutes from Prague Castle. Trams at doorstep. All staff were consistently friendly and helpful especially at reception. Some points to note: * Most apartments face an inner 5 storey courtyard, and sound travels upwards to apartments from diners at the courtyard restaurant (open all day) as well as from the balconies of neighboring apartments - this includes cigarette smoke - which may require the balcony doors to be closed for greater privacy. * Noise is easily transmitted between apartments, conversations from neighboring guests. * There is no elevator - staff offer assistance, but something to be aware of if you have a lot of luggage or very heavy luggage * Curtains in the apartment are not blackout, I had to wear eyeshades. The provision of kitchenettes and clothes washing facilities in each apartment made it very convenient - simply request detergent and a drying rack from reception. Very good value for the price paid but a word of caution to those who are sensitive to noise.
