凱隆酒店-布拉格市克拉麗奧 (Clarion Hotel Prague City)

位置方便 房間整潔舒服 離地鐵站跟路面電車站都很近 旁邊也有肯德基跟麥當勞還有幾間素食店可以選擇 蠻不錯的

We did not get to stay in this hotel even though the hotel confirmed our stay twice via email. We were told to go to their sister hotel instead. This was the first time this is happening to us. The sister hotel, Courtyard Prague City, was in Praha 3 instead of 2. We had planned our stay around Clarion Prague and had to re-planned a bit since we were not so near the city, especially when there is no more direct transport to the airport. Texted 訂房網站 agent who wanted to refund us fully and with $270 as compensation but we had to look for new accommodation ourselves. To save the hustle and risked being stranded with more expensive or no accommodation, we rejected it and stayed at the above hotel, with $132 as compensation. We were pretty upset as it was at the start of our stay in Prague which we had looked forward to for months. In addition, the air conditioner in our room at Courtyard Prague City was not working and we had to change room. The new room was warm too as they use a central air-conditioner. In the end, we had to open the windows and endure the noise. The water heater was down for the first day too.

Buena relación calidad precio, a 20 min andando del Reloj Astronómico, con supermercados y restaurantes al lado. Amplia habitación y bonita.

這個酒店不在主要的旅遊區內，慎選。另外服務可以説是缺失的，我們住了三天沒有任何客服打掃服務，甚至連房間裡的氣泡水都是要錢的，要知道在瑞士的酒店裡這些都是無限供應的。，前台接待人員也非常不專業，入住的時候給他護照了還問我們有沒有visa，開始我們以後是要信用卡交按金，後來才知道説的是簽證，給他看了申根簽證頁還是猶猶豫豫，感覺他壓根不知道他們國家也屬於申根簽證範圍，還有更搞笑的是我都已經提前在網上把房費環結清了，接待人員還問我是自己付款還是公司付款，總之就是很無語。還有就是酒店的早餐很難吃，可選擇的東西非常少，衹有幾種類型的麵包，雞蛋，火腿培根，外加一兩種飲料，口味非常一般。 結論，不推薦選擇這家酒店。

Near to kfc and mcd also surtounding lots of eating place, mini mart just next door. Breakfast is good. Not much selection but good enough.

位置不錯，價格也不錯，房間也挺大，前台的服務員態度都很好，離老城區廣場坐22路10幾分鐘到，也可以走路過去。來了布拉格才發現，景點基本靠走路都可以到達。

疫情前在這個酒店住了三年，位置非常方便就在地鐵旁邊，價格適中，但性價比很高，也很乾凈。
