They give me room beside train rails,very noisy
I couldn’t sleep,I went to change they asked four 40 euros.
In the room nothing at all except shower &shampoo 2 in one.
Later after requesting soap and shampoo they give.
No ear pad, no slippers,no hand tissues
Even no complementary water , if you need water you must buy .

Awful stay, very small room , looking to railway view , experienced trains noise day and night , no free access to the spa neither souna which wasn not mentioned is with charge . We wasted 2 days and 200 USD for poor experience, the onky positive things were breakfast and free packing in the streets around of the hotel . Ever come back to this place again.

Hello friends, just wanted to share our experience at this hotel:
Positive:
Arrival: front desk team member which helped us at the reception was good, she was smiling and doing her best.
House keeping team all friendly (3 days that we stayed), communicated in English ❤️
Negative:
Cleanliness. As you can see from the picture number 1, the rooms are not clean!
Noise.
You can hear the railway and the family in the next room like they would be by your side.
Mini bar checks.
Every single day a guy would come to check the mini bar, without proper knocking.
Example. When knocking at the same time opening the doors.
At respectful hotels the procedure is next:
You knock 3 times and say housekeeping or service, after the 3d time you ask: may I come in?
We were not dressed laying in the bed, I don’t think that is the way you do it, I barely could say please do not come in.
To be rare we did not put DND sign, however still I am very disappointed with this approach.
** I think there is no communication or updates between the team members!
We planned to stay here 1 night only, however due to some reasons including not feeling well we had to stay 3 nights.
After day 1 would move out but we’re not in the condition to do so.
**** Concierge team “SERVICE” freaked and stressed me out.
After the second day, we wanted to prolong our staying for 1 more night. Successfully booked online. Came to concierge to confirm and keep the same room. The guy was extremely nice and friendly(don’t remember his name). He suggested to book through ******* and named the price which was cheaper then the price we already booked. I tried to cancel, however it didn’t work, I checked with him he confirmed that it was not canceled and just suggested to come pay city tax next day afternoon.
**** NOW READ THIS! Next day, I get a call at 11:15 from concierge. The lady was very rude, said that we have 5 minutes to leave the room.
I tried to explain the situation but she did not care and said we had to leave.
I got stressed, went downstairs. There was her colleague, I explained everything again. She said that the booking which I was trying to cancel and did not cancel went to cancellation after 00:00. I showed her that money on my account were charged plus I had μ booking confirmation. She charged my the city tax and that was it.
Very very stressful experience 😞. I pay money to enjoy not to be asked to leave the room in 5 minutes. There is 1000 ways to say it differently.
Hotel stuff needs some training 100%.
