Staff is all foreigners, not from Prague, AC was not working in our room and other rooms, in the heat of end of June, the staff pretended to call a company to fix it, never showed up, was a hassle to even get a fan. In the end, after 24 hours we booked another hotel and gave up.

The best thing about the hotel is its location - everything is within walking distance, old town, Jewish Quarter, Charles Bridge, if you like walking like I do, you may even walk to the New Town area etc! In not, the tram stops are just 2 mins away! Rooms: a bit dated and you can see it through the furnitures, table etc, but overall - acceptable. They do have a heating rack for towels which is a nice touch, and the corridor to the rooms is nice. Facilities: not a lot as this is a boutique hotel, but the business lounge is helpful. Billa is 2 mins away which is nice too. Service: the staff are quite helpful / tries to help at least, but might be a bit slow at times because of the lack of staff especially at night time Breakfast: good choice but make sure not to miss the pancakes / omelets etc which needs to be ordered upon arrival

This was my second stay at the Icon hotel in Prague and I would stay here again. The location is very convenient for a city 訂房網站 and you can walk easily to all the sightseeing spots, museums, theaters and opera. There are many restaurants and bars closeby. The double rooms are clean and spacious with very comfortable beds and nice bathroom with ritual products. The service is excellent.

Hotel pequeño con habitaciones grandes, limpias y sin ruidos. Buena cama, cómoda y grande. Baño grande, limpio y con productos de Rituals. Lo único, por decir algo, es que tiene un restaurante indú abajo y por la tarde/noche, a pesar de estar en la 4° planta, olía ligeramente a curry. En recepción, a pesar de no hablar español, intentan ayudarte en todo lo posible, tienen una lista de restaurantes que puede ayudarte mucho. Si vuelvo a Praga repetiré hotel sin ninguna duda.
