Booked a twin room. Location of Urban Crème is so convenient with a tram stop right outside the hotel and the Central Bus Station within a short distance of 300m. Lots of eateries around. Room is nicely furnished with modern decor and the usual kettle and fridge. They even provide a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. The shower and toilet and wash basin is separated, which is good for stay with friends as one can shower while the other wash up to save time.

位置雖然離中心有點距離，下了地鐵還需轉個電車坐三站 ，但是酒店就在電車下車點，還是比較方便的，整個布拉格不大，都能走路到達。房間裡基本需要的都有，整體還不錯

設施：電水壺咖啡機電吹風保險櫃冰箱都有，但桌太小了，放個筆記本都得挪咖啡機，且桌面無燈光，寫字背光很難受 衞生：空氣中肉眼可見灰塵飄來飄去，對鼻炎患者不太友好 環境：市中心區域，出門地鐵站，方便 服務：沒感覺到什麼服務

酒店房間稍窄及細小，可能是近市中心的關係。因為交通實在太方便了，一出酒店門外，更有很多電車及巴士供選擇乘搭。鄰近也有Lidl超市及賣水果的Green Mart,要買零食，水果絕不困難。 酒店工作人員會在checkin時問你要否每天清潔房間。選了的話，他們會每天幫你清潔，鋪床及換毛巾，他們的服務態很好。

1.청결도 변기에서 물이 샜어요. 리셉션 직원을 불렀지만 조치는 취해주지 않으셨답니다. 수건 맨 아래에 누구 소유인지 모를 팬티도 있었답니다. 2.위치 버스정류장에서 도보 5분이라 위치는 굉장히 좋았어요. 프라하가 작은 도시라 어디든 가기 편했습니다. 3.서비스 리셉션이 친절하셨습니다. 생일에 묵었는데 생일 카드와 초콜릿?도 놔주셨어요 4.어메니티 샴푸, 바디젤, 바디워시, 컨디셔너 등 있어서 편리했습니다. 근데 핸드폰-티비 미러링/넷플릭스 연결이 안 되어 불편했습니다.

還不錯，中規中矩吧，房間乾淨整潔非常不錯可以嘗試一下，附近有超市和購物中心十分方便，打車也很方便的啊

It was a last minute booking and I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well designed interior. The front desk offered early check in if I was ok with a smaller room, but I was planning to head out right away and declined. They allowed me to put my luggage at the front while i went out first. The rooms were beautifully designed and very comfortable. There was even a patio with chairs and table to enjoy the fresh air (it was snowing so unfortunately I didn’t make use of it.) There were lovely toiletries provided and overall, one of the best nights rest I’ve had on my 訂房網站. 10/10 would book this over other hotels in the city. Has a tram and bus line directly to the centre in front of the hotel and the metro just 7 mins walk away (with luggage and snow- a tad slower though.)
