Un plaisir d’avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel et aucun regret de l’avoir choisi au contraire. Le seul bémol est la piscine trop froide pour être utilisé. Je comprends pourquoi elle était jours vide. Je recommande et hôtel très bien placé car loin du monde mais pratique pour tout visiter a pieds à métro ou en tram. Merci pour l’accueil et le sourire de toute l’équipe 👏👍

차량 주차가 가능하지만 일 22유로 받는다 체크 아웃할때 계산하고. 아침 식사는 다양한 치즈와. 빵 버섯 계란 과일이 제공된다 이틀 먹으면 질린다고나 할까 위치는 45 정도 걸으면 시계탑을 갈수 있다

Overall is ok but the front desk staff Ms Katerina(hope I got her name right) is really rude and impolite to most guests. She is always acting busy and zero smile on her face all the time. She like we guest owe her something. Impolite and maybe she is not suitable to be a frontend customer facing staff.

Great hotel. The staff is very helpful. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast and the food in general at the restaurant is absolutely fantastic. Hotel is located near the centre of the New town, and near Katerinska Metro Station. Generally in Prague you can walk anywhere from the hotel, but if your tired you can buy easily a Metro ticket for 30 mins, and you can easily buy it online from the PID Litacka application for just 30 CZK.
