Nos recibieron con que dos de las habitaciones no las habia pagado la agencia y que nos tenían que retener la cantidad de éstas. Decían que llevaban un mes intentando cobrar a la agencia y no lo habian consegudo. Tuvimos que hacerlo nosotros en tres días en los que ibamos a disfrutar para que no nos volvieran a cobrar. No entendimos en ningún momento la actitud del hotel, solo hablamos con la persona de recepción y en ningun momento apareció ningún responsable del hotel para explicar la situacion. Muy decepcionada con el hotel y con la agencia que debia de uaber hecho el pago hace mucho tiempo

Very convenient location 2 mins away from Prague main train station ( uber ) tram stops right at the corner and take you to pretty much to anywhere from that point , the receptionists are very kind and always willing to clarify any questions in English

Didn’t stay at this particular one, so don’t know - maybe it’s good, the reception staff appears nice and attentive. BUT I will never stay at ANY IBIS in the future. They don’t deserve my business. With respect.

The hotel has a great location — there are tram and metro stations just a few minutes away, along with fast food restaurants. It’s also very close to the shopping district, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is well-equipped, with a kettle provided, as well as coffee and tea bags.

呢間宜必思酒店地理位置幾好，去邊都方便。今次又再揀左住宜必思，因為連鎖酒店有保障，房間乾淨舒適。而且早到左亦可以提前入住。

In general ok ish place... Not too bad for a single night stay with the price but can definitely do better. Will not come back. Pros: Great location. Very close to metro station line C and tram station. Walkable distance to the national museum. I like the window can be fully open and air conditioning is powerful. WiFi is quite fast. Receptionists speak fluent English. Cons: There are some hygiene issues. The water bottle provided for drinking water still has bread crumbs or whatever crumbs in the lid when I moved in (see photo). Clearly hasn't been washed 🤢. The dripping tray of the water machine in the corridor is always full (I discarded it twice the same day). When it's full, the water won't come out. No staff member is taking care of this. The room is quite small compared to Ibis room in other countries at the same level. Note there is no fridge in the room. In the bedroom there is no bin. I need to walk to the bathroom to throw away rubbish.
