Everything was great during our stay. Special thanks to the Housekeeping team who took all our requests into account, this was truly appreciated. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the lady (I believe she spoke Russian), but she is a very valuable employee for the hotel😊

體驗很差勁，第一次遇到政策這麼差的酒店：首先身為四星級酒店，居然沒有每天免費的瓶裝水，冰箱裡的瓶裝水是收費的65克朗一瓶；其次酒店的退房時間是11點而不是12點；同級別的酒店如果想要late check out一般都會給，這家酒店連別人的12點退房時間都給不了，想要延遲退房一小時20歐。總之是十分差勁的體驗，不推薦，也不會再住了

The hotel was located perfectly in the central of the city, close to the station as well as a tram stop right in front of the hotel. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It was clean and had kettle, fridge and tv. The only thing was my air con didn’t work so it was quite hot and also the hotel wifi didn’t work for my room. It was a pleasant stay as I was there for a work event.

The location of this hotel is good. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby.  The breakfast is average.  However, I had encountered a bad experience with the transport wheelchair rental.  They reserved it for me during my 3 days stay in Prague.  However, they told me I could only use it in the hotel and could not be use outside.  This is ridiculous.  This is the only hotel would not allow their guests to use it outside during my 2 week 訂房網站s in Europe.  I ended up had to pay for the loaner and the delivery.

酒店位置不錯，地鐵Florenc 站附近，距布拉格火車總站亦不遠，只需坐地鐵C線就可以直達。附近有超巿及餐廳。 我們於早上11時多已到達酒店，沒想到竟讓我們提早入住，喜出望外。酒店員工的服務態度很好，英語流利。 房間的有電熱水壺，一般的即沖咖啡、茶包均有提供。房間的暖氣不足，不知何故晚間的暖氣總好像沒法開動的。但，早上吃完早餐回房間時就感覺到滿有暖氣的。 早餐既豐富且美味，每天會有少少轉換。還有即場煎太陽蛋、奄列。 附近治安不錯。

호텔 위치는 최고입니다. 조식도 다른나라보다 훨씬 좋네요. 룸 클리닝도 사람이 있을때 안하시고 나가면 그때 해주십니다. 샴푸린스는 프론트에가서 요청을해야 리필해주시네요. 전체적으로 나쁘지않았습니다. 다만 5성급호텔에서 물 한병을 주지를 않네요. 다 유료입니다.

很不錯的酒店，位於電車站旁，離地鐵站也只要走路5分鐘就可抵達，搭配布拉格的交通系統非常方便。酒店提供的服務，房間設施，清潔程度都很不錯，非常適合自助旅行

Had a great stay at Grandior Hotel Prague! Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic breakfast selection. A great choice for exploring the old town in Prague.

Hotel is in the dark street. There is some guys thieves trying to change your money outside the hotel fake money I got scammed for €200 they gave me a fake money.. they say they work for the exchange with the hotel. We are going to sue the hotel for that if we don’t get the money back.

The location of this hotel is good.
