地理位置無可挑剔，離老城廣場一步之遙。酒店樓下就有幾家餐館，非常方便。酒店自身乾淨舒適，鬧中取靜，但電梯太小了，勉強能站四個人，房間浴室有點太小了。服務人員還是很棒的，熱情周到。酒店樓下一小段石子路，對拉行李箱的住客來説不太友好。

Got breakfast but didn't really eat it. When I check in. The reception was missing. I had to go to each of the room to slowly find them. Most of the time the reception ain't in the room. They are just wandering somewhere so it's like finding pokemon. Some good one appear quickly. Some wild one takes awhile to find them but overall the room is huge n comfy to stay in

Horrible and scary experience at night because of the old fashion key entry. My wife and child were left waiting for the clerk on duty at night to open the main hotel gate for over 15 minutes. The gate has physical key and no keypad. My wife simply has forgotten to take the key with her. When she returned with my child she buzzed the office. To make that 15 minutes scary ordeal short, the clerk was horrible and started yelling at my wife and daughter and making them feel guilty for forgetting the key. I will never step a foot in Josephine hotel. I mean I paid a lot of money for the 4 night stay to be treated rudely and horribly.
